Worldwide Shipping

All items are shipped by registered airmail. You will get a tracking number to trace your package online. You will receive your tracking number via e-mail after your order is shipped.Please kindly take note Sewing Machine is not including in this shipping table.

Shipping time:

Our store is located in Singapore, therefore, we ship all our items by registered airmail from Singapore. The average shipping time is 6-14 business days. Please contact us by e-mail if your parcel hasn't arrived within the above stated time.

Express Shipping:

Do you need your order as soon as possible? We can offer you Express Shipping. Your order will be shipped via TNT/Fedex and usually arrives within only 1-5 business days. Express shipping costs are calculated based on weight and delivery country. Should you wish to use the express shipping services, kindly contact us via e mail (enquiry@singmuiheng.com) and provide us with your order number so that we can check on the shipping charges and advise you further. In case TNT/ Fedex has a shipping restriction based on the delivery address or order content, we will use EMS Express instead. You cannot combine "Free Shipping" with Express Shipping.

Return Policy for International Orders:

Out of Stock/Sold Out Policy:

In the event that items chosen had been sold out, we will contact you before we ship your order to discuss the possibility for a replacement or to conduct a refund for that item.

Returns:

If for any reason you would like to return your item(s) you will have 7 days in which to do so. Please always contact us by e-mail first before sending back any item. The following information needs to be stated in the e mail:

-          Name

-          Address

-          Phone number

-          Order number & date

-          Reason for the return

Please send all items in perfect condition back including all tags and packaging and unused. If items are not send back in the perfect condition, our company reserve the rights not to conduct the refund.

Refunds will be credited to your account 7 working days after we have received the returned item. We will refund you the total amount minus shipping costs already incurred. If you had been given free shipping due to the value of the order placed, we will refund the order value minus the actual incurred shipping costs.

Faulty/Incorrect Goods:

We will try to do our best to offer you a good shopping experience. However, if we had make a mistake with your order, please let us know so that we can make things right. Please do not return the products without contacting us first via e mail (enquiry@singmuiheng.com).

If items in your order are damaged on arrival or we had send you an incorrect item, we offer a refund or replacement. If such cases do happened, you must notify us within 7 days of arrival.

If for any reason a replacement is not available a full refund including original postage cost will be offered. Please allow 5-7 working days for us to process your refund.
